I can't speak enough praise over these shoes. I am a healthcare provider and have had several patients switch to these shoes - all of them rave about them. I've bought 4 pairs of Lems shoes now and have not been disappointed. This is the best shoe I've ever worn in my life. I'll share my own wins with the shoe.

I have struggled with shoes fitting for years. My feet were too wide for traditional shoes, and in order to fit, I just kept having to buy larger sizes. I cannot wear a traditional 'wide' shoe, as it is too loose in the rear foot and mid foot. I began experimenting with wide toe box shoes and actually sized down from a 15 traditional to a 13 in a toe box due to the lack of compression at the last of the shoe. My foot is still wider than this insole, but this is the closest shoe I've ever found.

I also come from a family of long-standing Achilles tendinopathies. I began experiencing Achilles pain and had an MRI demonstrate tearing within the Achilles. After switching to these shoes, the pain is gone.

Finally, this summer I was in an accident and had a pretty significant fracture through my foot. I couldn't get in to the Ortho for a few days, and these were the only shoes that I could fit on without excruciating pain. I have worn these shoes every day, through all climates, for three straight years and they still look great.

I cannot recommend this product enough and will be a lifetime Lems fan. Thank you for saving my feet.

I have the sunray color variant… this is simultaneously the best shoe ive ever owned and the most disappointing shoe ive owned.

Pros: looks amazing, the color combination of the upper is perfection, its beautiful! Its also very comfortable and has the exact correct size toebox for my foot. I have never worn a more comfortable; better looking sneaker in my entire life… and yet I will not be purchasing another pair.

Cons: The sole material is awful for durability. The upper will outlast the sole by a factor of 10 easily. It is so bizarre to me that Lems would put so much effort into producing a good looking high quality upper and then pair it with the cheapest, lowest quality, least durable foam sole they can get their hands on. This shoe should have at least several millimeters of rubber sole below the foam in order to make the shoe actually last a reasonable amount of time… Instead, the raw foam is what contacts the ground and this is not a durable enough material. See the pics i have provided… this is approximately 6 months of wear (i had the shoes for longer but have only been wearing them a couple hours a day for about 6 months)

A message to Lems… please redesign the sole of this shoe, your upper is perfection but the foam sole makes the whole package worth substantially less than your asking price. Take the same upper and mount it to a more durable rubberized sole (or at least a reasonably thick layer of rubber below the foam) and you will have the ultimate sneaker.
