Designed with your feedback in mind, this latest iteration maintains many of the signature features of the Primal 2, such as a zero-drop platform and wide toe box, while also introducing exciting enhancements.

The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot. It has a wider heel and midfoot to distribute your weight more evenly. The Primal 3 still utilizes our signature IBR outsole for a lightweight, flexible feel!

With fit and feel in mind, we've listened to your feedback and made the Primal 3 available in half sizes, because when it comes to comfort, we believe every inch counts!

Speaking of comfort, our new recycled PU insole takes things up a notch. At 4.5mm thick, its breathable materials ensures comfort in every step.

And fear not, loyal fans – while the Primal 3 boasts exciting new features, we've kept the upper consistent with the beloved Primal 2. That's right – the same unbeatable comfort you know and love, now with even more sizing options to ensure the perfect fit for every foot!

    My favorite shoe

    I’m now on my fifth pair of these, they are the only minimalist athletic shoe I have found that checks all the boxes for me.

    Sweet Spot

    Happy thus far. Most trail shoes (other than runners) are gortex which rules out 90% of the options. Most 0 drop shoes look like clown shoes or feel like a ballerina flat with no protection. Lems look normal and I can actually walk on a gravel path without feeling like every single stone is bruising my feet. I also appreciate the lack of an heel counter as many end up hurting my Achilles. Assuming these don’t fall apart I’ll buy more in the future.

    So far so good

    I've only worn them a few times since receiving but so far so good. I enjoy wearing zero drop shoes and these feel like they give just enough of a feel of support and not too much of feeling like there's nothing between my feet and the ground. I usually wear a size 10 but went 10.5 just to be sure and I'm fine with it. Time will tell.
