Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Saved my horrible feet and my fitness goals.
I have horrible feet. I am a 6ft, 224lb male, so my feet take a beating on top of already having feet issues: pronation, weak arches, tight ankles and calves, and plantar fasciitis. I started walking in these shoes everyday and lifting with them in the gym. I haven’t had any plantar fasciitis flare ups since i bought these. I don’t wake up in the morning limping around like i used to. These shoes are so comfortable and feel so natural. I wasted so much money on expensive cushioned shoes that did nothing but hurt my lower half in different ways. And my toes love these shoes so much. Somehow the toe box is so roomy without looking dorky.
I will buy these shoes again and again for the rest of my life. They literally saved my feet.

Wonderful Shoes
The Primal 3 was my first pair of Lems shoes and I've found them to be close to perfect in almost every way. They fit perfectly and I find them to strike the right balance of cushion and barefoot that works for me. Compared to other, more minimalist shoes that I have, I find that I can walk/stand for longer periods in the Lems than in the other brands. I have found that the Primal 3's do not cause any discomfort when worn with toe spacers during long-term use. While this is only my first pair, I have ordered a few other models and look forward to trying them out. I do wish that Lems offered the Primal 3's with fabric that was more weather resistant. I've seem the Zean leather model, but they only come in black and seem slightly more narrow.

Overall very good
I moved away from Lems years ago due to lack of durability. I decided to give them another chance and am glad I did. Overall a very nice shoe. It’ll be awhile before I know how durable they are but they are comfortable and seem well built. They are a little bulky in my opinion and that is why I removed one star. All in all a good deal for minimal shoes.
