Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Perfect Blend of Comfort and Style

I have been searching for a minimalist/barefoot-style shoe that doesn't scream "hiking gear," and the Lems Laguna is absolutely the answer! From the moment I slipped them on, I knew these were going to be my new daily drivers.
Unmatched Comfort: If you are transitioning to zero-drop or just appreciate a healthy foot shape, these are a dream. The signature wide toe box is fantastic—my toes have room to splay naturally, which eliminates the pinching and discomfort I get with conventional sneakers. They are incredibly lightweight, and the flexibility makes me feel connected to the ground without sacrificing protection. I can walk for hours in these without my feet feeling fatigued.
Versatile Style: I bought the leather Laguna in the tan, and they look polished enough for casual office wear, but are durable enough for weekend errands and light travel. They look great with jeans, leggings, and even casual dresses. The material quality feels premium and breathable.
Fit Tip: I found them to run true to size, but if you're new to the brand, make sure to check their sizing guide, especially if you have high volume feet.

Great slip on
This is my 3rd pair of Lems. I also have the Zen and Waterproof Chelsea. I got them in the same size as my Zens, which is 1/2 size bigger than my regular closed-toe shoe size. I really like these Lagunas! I wasn’t sure how the toe box would feel, since it’s not as wide as my other 2, but it’s still plenty of room. The height on the toe box for my toes is also good and they don’t touch. I have at least medium height feet, if not tall. A lot of times with tennis shoes, like my Zen, I have to not lace them as tight in order to have enough room. My Chelseas have no problem in that area, even thought boots are often hard for me to put on because of it. These Lagunas are much tighter on the top of my mid foot. They need to be a little bit though in order to stay on as a slip-on. I can still put them on easily (although it does require my hand for the heel) and they’re comfortable, they’re just tighter. My feet do swell, but I can still wear them comfortably. It’s not a problem, just different than my others. I can’t wear socks with them however. I didn’t intend to though as I like to wear slip-ons barefoot, so no problem for me. I was most worried about the heel because I do like to wear them barefoot and my heels are soo sensitive to rubbing and blistering and I won’t tolerate any heel friction. Right out of the box, these had zero heel issues. I’ve worn them several times now and still not an issue. That is so rare for me with slip-ons! That alone means these are a winner! The…

Happy feet!
LOVE these shoes!!! My feet are just SO happy in them! Great support and easy to get on. Didn’t even have to break them in. Perfect to throw on for going out and about. Thanks Lems for designing shoes that fit and feel good but also actually look good!!!!
