Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

New favorite shoes
I walked all over Scotland for a week in these boots and have nothing but good things to say! At first, they were a bit snug with thicker socks on but as soon as I took the insoles out, they were perfect. Whether it was cobble stone streets, muddy trails or the beach (rain or shine) these boots held up. They are incredibly comfortable and took zero time to break in. Lems did not disappoint and I cannot wait to expand my collection!

A truly solid, comfortable boot
I recently wore my Lems to an outdoor concert where it rained- from sprinkling to downpouring. My feet were warm and dry the entire night, as well as comfortable for 3 hours of dancing and basically non-slip on a muddy incline. Additionally, they are comfortable and cute. I highly recommend them! And definitely go 1/2 size up.

I'm new to barefoot shoes.
These are really comfortable & look great. The sole is thicker than barefoot which I like for longer walks etc, but they're still flexible enough.
I ordered a half size up as Lems advised. I find them quite loose around the heel and ankle when I wear thin socks, but with thicker socks e.g. sports socks or winter socks, they fit fine.
The toe box is very wide, wider than my feet. This makes them feel a bit like flippers sometimes but the comfort is worth it!
Fabric gets scuffed, I didn't treat them before wearing but would next time. Keep my feet perfectly dry in rain and wet fields!
