Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.

Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.

Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

The only shoes that don't kill my feet at work
I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with my first pair of barefoot shoes, but the difference has been night and day. I’ve spent years cycling through different sneakers and running shoes to get through the workday, yet I was constantly dealing with plantar fasciitis and calves that felt like rocks. I finally decided to give these a shot, and I’m not kidding when I say the pain just stopped on day one. They felt right the second I put them on, which was a relief because my job isn't exactly sedentary. I'm at a standing desk most of the time and I’m constantly hitting the stairs, and these haven’t missed a beat.
The best part for me is that they actually look the part for work. It’s hard to find something that handles the "business smart" or casual look without being a traditional, stiff dress shoe, but these dress up or down really easily. They’ve got great traction too, so I’m not sliding around the office or the stairwells. If you’re dealing with the same kind of foot pain I was and you’re on the fence about the whole barefoot thing, I’d say just go for it. My feet haven't felt this good in a long time.

Great, stable shoe
I am so happy with these shoes. The fit out of the box was perfect. I am using them for work at a hospital. We are on our feet 8-12 hours a day and these shoes are so comfortable. A couple of my coworkers are ordering them as well. Great product.
