It is recommended to remove the insole of the shoe in order to create ample space inside the toe area. Wearing Correct Toes during activity can increase the re-aligning effect of the toes back to their natural position. In shoe spacers
Its too early to be certain but I believe the spacers will correct the pain Ive had in my foot. They certainly make it feel more comfortable when I wear the spacers along with the toe socks.
