Rooted in minimalist design principles and built for those who live on their feet, the Summit Pro redefines what a rugged leather boot can be. The project began as a vision to evolve the beloved Boulder Boot into something tougher, more heritage-inspired, and trail-ready while staying true to our signature lightweight, flexible comfort.

Developed over the course of a year and a half under Lems founder Andrew Rademacher, the Summit Pro is Lems’ first unlined leather boot. Every element of the design was fine-tuned with a craftsman’s eye, and every detail, from construction to color, was chosen with purpose, merging our commitment to natural movement with an appreciation for rugged, heritage-quality materials.

Crafted from premium full-grain water-resistant leather, the Summit Pro delivers lasting durability and comfort that only gets better with wear. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole provides exceptional traction and longevity, while classic moc-toe stitching nods to timeless workwear aesthetics.

    A blessed boot

    This boot is one big blessing! I gave away 9 almost new hiking boots after wearing these. Roomy, comfortable and unbelievably well made! I’m a loyal LEMS customer now who purchased the trailblazer and the Breck Boot insulated. My feet will always follow this outstanding company. I’m an off gridder who needs rugged and reliable footwear that won’t create doctor appointments! This is my answer. I’m 66 years old and have worn many different hikers and so trust me… you won’t be disappointed with LEMS! My prayer is for the success of your business in Boulder. Thank you! 🙏

    Still Untried

    I will be treating them soon with Hubert’s Shoe Grease. I’ll be transitioning into them from my Primal Zen Woodland Awesome shoes in the next few weeks. Thus far, they feel good indoors. I ordered my regular size instead of sizing up by .5”. The fit is perfect.

    My Primal Zens’ are Awesome because my feet are so cozy in them, no matter where we go or how long I wear them. My feet are so pleased!😀

    I ordered a 1/2 size up for the Primal Zen and the Chelsea Tuff Boot. The fit in both of these pairs is perfect too.👍🏻

    The best most well made boots I own

    I’m an left above knee amputee and these boots work so well with my prosthetic foot and they are really well

    Made. The leather is high quality and super soft. Love these boots. I have a wide foot and my prosthetic foot is flat so win win for me
