Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.

Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.

Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Very light and comfortable boots with a proper toe box
I’m a big fan of Lems shoes and have four pairs for different purposes. As an avocational archeologist I was looking for a pair of leather boots for our weekly archeology digs and these work great! They are brand new and archeological excavations are hard on the front curve of the boot because you kneel down in many units and that rubs the front of the boot on the ground.
My only reason for rating these boots four stars is I would like to see the top two lacing holes replaced by lacing lugs which make lacing faster and provide easier control of the top lacing.
I would recommend these boots. (Photo attached to this review was after I mowed my lawn in the boots. I have a big lawn and these boots are very comfortable with a good grip sole.

Awesome boots
I work on swimming pools , on my feet all day or squatting and working on pool equipment. Very comfortable and dry so far. For example if I wear sneakers to work my feet are soaked by mid day. My feet stay super dry in these. They fit a little long I think, I’m a 12 American. These are definitely a little long but the might be just because the toe box is wide.
