Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.

Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.

Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Great feel@
These shoes have provided excellent comfort to my feet. The toe box is large and allows the toes to expand comfortably. Had to increase heel comfort by ordering thicker sole insert.

Great, but...
Per my chiropractor's recommendation, as I heard from others, I should try zero-drop shoes. I was looking specifically for black dress shoes. While these aren't exactly for dress, nor do they purport to be, they cut it for many semi-dress/ dress-casual purposes.
Please, Lems, consider making a black dress shoe!
Regarding other factors -
I normally take shoes 10 1/2 or 11, so I opted for 11. With the insoles 11 was tight. The insoles also make them squeak a lot. Other reviews indicate the squeak, too, though some say the squeak goes away. Without the insoles 11 is snug yet comfortable for me.
After wearing them for a week at work, they've been great for my back. I feel better as I go through the day. I do think the insoles would make my feet even more comfortable, and so therefore I'd probably venture for an 11 1/2 next time and hope the squeak indeed goes away.

Absent Comfort
It fits true to size with an almost adsence of being there. An effortless and classy comfort. I am getting a brown Chukka Grip next.
