I have narrow feet but need a wide toe box because of bunions. The extra thin insoles added to the Lagunas, Mafe them fit perfectly and add very comfortable cushioning.

These insoles are much better than what I though at first. They are as confortable as any other I have used on the past. Lems did a great job designing them.
We recommend using our size guide, where you can measure your foot length and compare it to our chart. Lems are designed with an extra-wide toe box for maximum comfort. If you’re between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best fit.
