    Love

    I'm new to barefoot shoes.

These are really comfortable & look great. The sole is thicker than barefoot which I like for longer walks etc, but they're still flexible enough.

I ordered a half size up as Lems advised. I find them quite loose around the heel and ankle when I wear thin socks, but with thicker socks e.g. sports socks or winter socks, they fit fine.

The toe box is very wide, wider than my feet. This makes them feel a bit like flippers sometimes but the comfort is worth it!

Fabric gets scuffed, I didn't treat them before wearing but would next time. Keep my feet perfectly dry in rain and wet fields!

    Great shoes!

This is my first pair of lems / barefoot shoes and I’m in love. My back and knees were getting tired of my heavy work boots and when they finally wore out these were my replacements. After reading other reviews I went up a 1/2 size and they fit great. They are incredibly light weight and easy to slip on and off. I am constantly getting my shoes wet so I added an extra water proof coating and they are holding up great. My knees feel less creaky and I can already feel how they are changing the way I walk. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Hopefully I wont have to replace them for a long time, but I believe I am now a Lems lifer.

    So far so good?

I'm having trouble with sizing lately -- I'm no longer a reliable 7 as I have been my whole life. I tried these in 7.5 first and they were too small. Went up to 8 and I think they're ok, though it still feels like my big toe is bumping up against the top a bit. However, if I went larger I think they would be too loose. Wore them for a short hike for the first time and had no pain of any kind, just the sensation of the toe butting up against the top of the boot. Don't love that, but I'm hoping that they continue to soften and conform to my feet. I added an orthotic under the cork footbed as I have super high arches and the full "barefoot" thing does not work for me. The boots feel better with it. I do love the fact that my toes are not scrunched in any way.
