The Outlanders with their waterproof uppers and 4mm deep lugs will give you incredible traction, whether you’re snowshoeing through mountain powder or trudging through mucky slush in town. Live somewhere very wet (we’re looking at you PNW)? The gusseted tongue keeps the tongue completely attached to the boot, preventing moisture and debris from coming inside the shoe. We also took the same breathable, waterproof liner from the Waterproof Boulder Boot to keep water out so your feet stay dry and warm.

A spacious toe box coupled with a zero-drop platform will have your feet dancing on the trail, because these natural foot-shaped hiking boots allow you to move in proper alignment, just as nature intended.

Now, for the toughest decision of all: Which colorway will you choose? Evergreen, Blue Steel, or Iceberg? All three are beauties designed with inspiration from Mother Nature herself.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

Comfortable but fabric may not be ultra durable

    Pros:

    1. Great toe room—I can wear them with a a thick or regular sock and not feel like my toes are smashed or the boot is too loose.

    2. Light weight and not bulky—you may not even feel the urge to take them off right away after your hike.

    Cons:

    1. Consider getting a heel cushion insert; that’s the only spot I feel I need a little more support in the boot.

    2. After wearing them about 3 times, the top of the boot is already showing some wear. The fabric appears to be fraying. I hope this doesn’t get worse over time.

    Helped

Help with pain alone with toe spacers and walking bare foot in my house.

    So comfortable!

Bought these for a trip to Ireland, and they are amazingly comfortable! Lightweight, wide toe box, I wore them almost every day. Will be purchasing more from Lems for sure!!!
